Narrated Abdullah ibn Khubayb:

We went out one rainy and intensely dark night to look for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to lead us in prayer, and when we found him, he asked: Have you prayed?, but I did not say anything. So he said: Say, but I did not say anything. He again said: Say, but I did not say anything. He then said: Say. So I said: What am I to say? He said: Say: "Say, Qulhu allahu aahad, sura falaq and Sura Nas;  three times in the morning and evening; they will serve you for every purpose.

This is My Question to Al itisam desk , Bangladesh h j × প্রশ্ন (৪১): আমি অলী ছাড়া বিয়ে করেছি। পরে জানতে পারলাম যে, অলী ছাড়া বিয়ে বাতিল। পরবর্তীতে তিনবারে মেয়েকে তিন তালাক প্রদান করেছি। এখন কি মেয়েটাকে আমার মোহর দেওয়া লাগবে? প্রশ্নকার : বাপ্পি আসাম, ভারত। উত্তর: প্রথমত, যেহেতু উক্ত বিবাহ সিদ্ধ হয়নি সেহেতু তিনবারে তিন তালাক প্রদান করা অর্থহীন। কারণ তাদের বিয়েই হয়নি। কারণ রাসূলুল্লাহ ছাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, ‘যে নারী অভিভাবক ছাড়া বিয়ে করল তার বিয়ে বাতিল, বাতিল, বাতিল’ (তিরমিযী, হা/১১০২; আবূদাঊদ, হা/২০৮৩)। দ্বিতীয়ত, তাকে মোহরানা দিতে হবে। রাসূল ছাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেন, ‘যে কোনো মহিলা তার অলীর অনুমতি ব্যতিরেকে বিয়ে করবে তার বিবাহ বাতিল, তার বিবাহ বাতিল, তার বিবাহ বাতিল। যদি এরপর স্বামী তার সাথে সহবাস করে, তবে স্ত্রী মোহরানার হক্বদার হবে। যেহেতু তার স্বামী তার লজ্জাস্থানকে হালাল মনে করে ভোগ করেছে’ (তিরমিযী, হা/১১০২; ইবনে মাজাহ, হা/১৮৭৯)। তবে এখন তার সাথে সংসার করতে চাইলে নতুন মোহর নির্ধারণ করে অভিভাবকের অনুমতি নিয়ে সাক্ষীর উপস্থিতিতে বিবাহ করতে হবে। ********...

Allah the Almighty says: {Do you think that the people of the Cave and the Inscription (the news or the names of the people of the Cave) were a wonder among Our Signs? × মৃত্যুর সময় যে আপসোস রয়ে যাবে! রাকিব আলী   -   অগাস্ট ৩০, ২০২৪    ৬৪৮ বার পঠিত   মানুষের সামনে যখন মৃত্যু এসে হাযির হবে, যখন মালাকুল মাউত তার জান ক্ববয করার প্রস্তুতি নিবেন, তখন সে কী নিয়ে আপসোস করবে, জানেন? মৃত্যুর মতো কঠিন মুহূর্তে তার আপসোসের বিষয় হবে দান-ছাদাক্বা। ঠিক এ ব্যাপারে আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেছেন,وَأَنْفِقُوا مِنْ مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ فَيَقُولَ رَبِّ لَوْلَا أَخَّرْتَنِي إِلَى أَجَلٍ قَرِيبٍ فَأَصَّدَّقَ وَأَكُنْ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ ‘আর আমি তোমাদেরকে যে রিযিক্ব দিয়েছি, তোমরা তা থেকে ব্যয় করবে তোমাদের কারও মৃত্যু আসার আগে আগেই। (অন্যথা মৃত্যু আসলে সে বলবে,) হে আমার রব! আমাকে আরো কিছু সময়ের জন্য সুযোগ দিলে আমি দান-ছাদাক্বা করতাম এবং নেককারদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যেতাম!’  (আল-মুনাফিকূন, ৬৩/১০) । বান্দার এই আক্ষেপের প্রেক্ষিতে আল্লাহ বলছেন,وَلَنْ يُؤَخِّرَ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِذَا جَاءَ أَجَلُهَا وَاللَّهُ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ ‘যখন কারো নির্ধারিত সময় উপস্থিত হয়ে যাবে, তখন আল্লাহ তাকে কিছুতেই অবকাশ দেবেন না। তোম...

FACING THE KA’BAH (Istiqbaalul-Ka’bah) (1) If you stand, O Muslim, to pray – then face the direction of the Ka’bah, wherever you are, in obligatory Prayers and optional Prayers. This is one of the pillars of the Prayer, such that the Prayer is not valid without it. (2) The obligation to face the direction of the Ka’bah is removed from a warrior having to pray the Fear Prayer and during severe fighting. It is also removed from one who is rendered incapable of it, such as one who is (very) ill, or one who is upon a ship, car or airplane and who fears that the Prayer time will reach its end. It is also removed from one who prays optional Prayer or the Witr Prayer upon a riding beast or vehicle.
