The Aad and the Thamud are two nations mentioned several times in the Quran. They are often discussed when Allah is directing our attention to people who disobeyed Him and were punished as a result. The exact time of their existence is nearly impossible to determine. But we can conclude from the verses of the Quran that they lived sometime after the flood of Noah and before the time of Ibrahim (AS). Both groups of people were located on the Arabian Peninsula. The Hasan Hadeeth: Its definition and usage with the Scholars of Hadeeth

The Hasan Hadeeth:  Definition: A report that fulfils the conditions of a Saheeh hadeeth except that one of its narrators or some of them are lesser than their counterparts in a Saheeh hadeeth in terms of precision (الضبط) yet that does not remove it from being used as an evidence in terms of its authenticity. And it is referred to as Hasan li-dhaatihi (الحسن لذاته). More explanation of the terms:  So it meets the conditions of Saheeh hadeeth in terms of: Its chain of narration (isnaad) leads back to the Prophet (salallaahu `alaihi wassallam). The chain of narration is connected all the way back to the Prophet (salallaahu`alaihi wassallam). The narrators are trustworthy. It is free from contradicting any narrations stronger than it. It is free from subtle or hidden defects. What remains therefore is the condition of  precision (ضبط)  – and this is the distinguishing feature of this category. Firstly:  It is proven that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to point with his index finger and move it during the tashahhud when praying.  The scholars differed concerning that and there are several points of view.  1 – The Hanafis say that the finger should be raised when saying “Laa (no)” in the phrase “Ash-hadu an laa ilaaha ill-Allaah (I bear witness that there is no god except Allaah)” and it should be lowered when saying, “ill-Allaah (except Allaah).”   2 – The Shaafa’is say that it should be raised when saying “ill-Allaah.”  3 – The Maalikis say that it should be moved right and left until one finishes the prayer.  4 – The Hanbalis say that one should point with the finger when saying the name of Allaah, without moving it.  Shaykh al-Albaani (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: There is no basis for any of these definitions and manners in the Sunnah.   রাসূলুল্লাহ (ছাঃ)-এর ছালাত বনাম প্রচলিত ছালাত রাসূলুল্লাহ (ছাঃ)-এর ছালাত বনাম প্রচলিত ছালাত -আব্দুর রাযযাক বিন ইউসুফ (শেষ পর্ব) জানাযার সালাতে সূরা ফাতিহা পড়তে হবে : রাসূল (ছাঃ) এবং ছাহাবী ও তাবেঈগণ জানাযার ছালাতে সূরা ফাতিহা পড়তেন। عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ ﷺ قَرَأَ عَلَى الْجِنَازَةِ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ. ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত, রাসূল (ছাঃ) জানাযার ছালাতে সূরা ফাতিহা পড়েছেন। [1]  এই হাদীছটি অর্থগতভাবে ছহীহ। কেননা ছহীহ বুখারীতে এই অর্থেই ছহীহ হাদীছ এসেছে। عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ – رضى الله عنهما – عَلَى جَنَازَةٍ فَقَرَأَ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ قَالَ لِيَعْلَمُوا أَنَّهَا سُنَّةٌ . ত্বালহা ইবনে আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনে আওফ (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি একদা ইবনে আব্বাস (রাঃ)-এর পিছনে জানাযার ছালাত আদায় করলাম। তাতে তিনি সূরা ফাতিহা পাঠ করলেন। অতঃপর বললেন, তারা যেন জানতে পারে সূরা ফাতিহা পাঠ করা সুন্নাত। [2] عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَلَى جَنَازَةٍ فَقَرَأَ بِفَاتِح...
